About the Job We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Engineer to join our team at blithequark. As a technical expert in AI and cloud solutions, you will play a critical role in understanding the needs of our clients and helping shape the future of how businesses of all sizes use technology to connect with customers, employees, and partners. You will work closely with our Technical Outreach teams as an AI subject matter expert to evangelize blithequark's cloud services to our clients, explaining technical features, assisting clients with designing models, and troubleshooting any potential issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to identify and qualify business potential opportunities, grasp key client technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers Provide AI expertise to support the technical relationship with blithequark's clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partnering with product management to prioritize solutions that impact client adoption of blithequark's cloud services Work with clients to demonstrate and model blithequark's cloud product integrations in client/partner environments Recommend integration strategies, enterprise patterns, platforms, and application infrastructure to implement a comprehensive solution using best practices on blithequark's cloud services Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Experience in virtualization or cloud local designs in a client-facing or support role Experience with big data, AI, and machine learning systems (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB) A strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including infrastructure, platform, and software as a service (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience building AI solutions and using specific AI models (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks) Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for mobile, distributed systems Experience in data and information management as it relates to big data trends and issues within organizations Ability to learn quickly, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, processes, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of cloud computing, AI, and machine learning Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting client needs Strong business acumen, with a understanding of the commercial and operational aspects of cloud computing Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
