About the Position
We're seeking an exceptional Chat Support Associate to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our community of veterinary professionals. Your primary focus will be on providing top-notch support through live chats, phone calls, emails, and platform demos, helping our users navigate our platform and make informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to user inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful solutions to their questions and concerns
Troubleshoot issues efficiently and effectively, communicating complex scenarios and solutions in a clear and concise manner
Manage daily and weekly administrative tasks, including proactive account management, item issue reports, item reviews, credit approvals, and other responsibilities as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, partner, and corporate teams, to provide valuable insights and recommendations for platform enhancements and feature requests
Work closely with vendor and industry partners to streamline communication and alerts between systems, ensuring a cohesive and integrated experience for our users
Contribute to the continuous development and expansion of our support processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize workflows and enhance the overall user experience


Essential Qualifications

1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience, preferably in a chat support or similar role
2-year Associate's degree or 4-year College degree, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner
Experience with chat support platforms, such as intercom, is strongly preferred, although training will be provided for the right candidate
Patient, compassionate, and empathetic approach to handling difficult situations, with a strong focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple concurrent responsibilities, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail
A strong desire to learn and grow with our company, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and contributing to the evolution of our platform and services
A positive attitude, excellent collaboration skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, prioritizing the needs of our users and the success of our company


Preferred Qualifications

Tech or start-up work experience, demonstrating an understanding of the fast-paced and dynamic nature of our industry
Knowledge of the animal health industry or veterinary practices, although not required, would be an asset in this role
Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms, would be beneficial in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits
