Experienced Customer Support Associate - Remote Work Opportunity with Aetna - $28-$35/Hour - Full-Time Position

Key Responsibilities
Participate in supporting the arrangement and utilization of worklife, employee assistance, and manager resources
Determine the reason for the call by actively listening and collaborating with guests, escalating emergencies to an expert when necessary
Assess client needs; investigate and articulate information regarding relevant EAP/worklife services and resources
Recognize emergency situations and assess for required action to mitigate risk
Conduct thorough analysis in internal databases and online to identify potential suppliers and resources
Enter member data into the appropriate EAP system to initiate the case and report comments and data in a complete and professional manner
Provide colleague support, including receiving calls transferred from guides and offering prompt member assistance
Schedule appointments for members with guides
Assist colleagues with essential activities to respond to member requests about and demands for services and resources connected with different fundamental skills
Communicate effectively with every internal partner
Utilize critical Aetna databases to investigate and identify approved, relevant member assets
Make outbound decisions as suitable to identify and assist with obtaining member assets or potential benefits
Provide administrative support capabilities, including printing and fulfillment needs connected with important materials
Essential Qualifications
1+ years of client care experience required
1+ years of call center experience required
1+ years of experience in a social, mental, or human services field providing client support
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Mental health and human services foundation preferred
Behavioral wellness experience preferred
1+ years of medical care experience preferred
1+ years of remote work experience preferred
Insurance/clinical knowledge preferred
Education and Training
Associate's certification or comparable experience is required for this role.
