About the Role: Customer Support Associate As a Customer Support Associate at Blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our end users, providing expert support and resolving inquiries across multiple channels. You will be an integral part of our customer-centric team, ensuring that every interaction with our platform is positive, helpful, and memorable. Key Responsibilities: Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming support requests across various channels, including phone, email, in-app messaging, web messaging, and social media, ensuring that user needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. Manage Operational Functions: Oversee ID verifications, ACH requests, chargebacks, and other day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions. Communicate Effectively: Engage with end users via multiple communication channels, providing clear, concise, and positive interactions that foster trust and satisfaction. Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with internal teams and external third parties to resolve complex issues, ensuring that customers receive comprehensive support. Build Product Expertise: Continuously develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates. Qualifications and Skills: To succeed as a Customer Support Associate at Blithequark, you will need: Prior Experience: A background in B2C high-volume support, preferably in a similar industry or with experience handling customer inquiries and support requests. Proficiency in CS Platforms: Experience with customer support platforms such as Helpshift or Zendesk, and ability to quickly adapt to new systems. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds. Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and accurately in both languages. Social Media and Payment Processing Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms, app store reviews, payment processing systems, and dispute resolution processes (ACH, credit cards, chargebacks, etc.). Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours, including evenings and overnights, to accommodate our 24/7 support requirements.
