**Experienced Customer Support Agent – Global Artist Support Team**

We're a team of passionate individuals who share a common goal: to provide exceptional service and support to our artists. **Customer Experience Specialist** As a Customer Support Agent, you'll play a crucial role in delivering world-class service to our artists globally. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and support via live chat, phone, and email.
