Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 3+ years of experience in evaluating and addressing customer needs or resolving customer issues, or a comparable background demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and management at all levels. Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and delivering results in a timely manner. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
