**Your Role**
As a Customer Success Agent at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Championing our customers**: Understanding their needs and how arenaflex helps them achieve their goals.
* **Providing expert support**: Handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email about arenaflex and impact investing.
* **Shaping our product**: Gathering customer feedback to help improve the platform and create a seamless user experience.
* **Facilitating onboarding**: Guiding customers through account setup, verification, and getting started with arenaflex.
* **Driving continuous improvement**: Contributing to refining customer touchpoints and updating resources like our FAQ section.
**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a talented freelancer or contractor who's passionate about sustainable investing and customer success. You'll be an excellent fit for this role if you:
* **Are fluent in German and English** (C1 level or higher in both). Swiss German and/or French are a plus.
* **Have a passion for spreading the word about sustainable investing** and arenaflex's mission.
* **Possess excellent problem-solving skills** and empathy for customer needs.
* **Enjoy using technology**, including CRM tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) and standard office applications (e.g., G-Suite, MS Office).
* **Have experience with phone and email support**.
* **Are curious about finance** and how sustainable investing can change the world (financial knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement).
