**Job Summary**

As a Customer Solutions Project Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our customer solutions business. This is a project management discipline that involves planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to achieve specific goals. Your primary challenge will be to achieve all project goals within the given constraints, typically defined by scope, time, quality, and budget. An effective project management process involves several key phases and responsibilities to ensure successful project completion.

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Solutions Project Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Defining scope, goals, and deliverables, and developing a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource alignment
* Understanding critical paths to managing a project, with a focus on communication planning and stakeholder engagement
* Keeping customer solutions project stakeholders informed of project progress and analyzing data to make recommendations for solutions
* Evaluating solutions prior to implementation and providing feedback to team members on lessons learned to cultivate new innovative ideas
* Collaborating with Solutions Engagement Resources (SERs) to grow the customer solutions business and staying up-to-date on industry trends and technology developments

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
* Experience using Project Management Tools, such as MS Project Management and Team Works
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues early and develop solutions to keep projects on track
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients
* Project Management Professional (PMP) PMI Certification
* Time management skills, with the ability to efficiently manage time and meet deadlines
* Adaptability, with the ability to adjust plans and strategies in response to changing circumstances

**Location**

This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from home. However, if the requirement changes in the future, you may need to report to a nearby building.

**Compensation and Benefits**

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $29.25/hour to $54.15/hour, based on several factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training, and work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
