**Job Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Acting as a liaison between arenaflex, our customers, and patients to ensure seamless communication and support
* Resolving routine customer requests and inquiries via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
* Inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution
* Providing additional customer education and information as needed to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products and services
* Qualifying and establishing inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services
* Working in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions
* Notifying clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance guidelines
* Reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies to ensure data integrity
* Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, driving continuous improvement and excellence
* Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly desired
* Previous experience in a customer service role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service
* Prior experience with YHL is preferred, as well as experience working in a contact center/call center environment
* Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, is highly desirable
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening and response abilities
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required, with experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems highly preferred
* Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
