Job Overview In this critical role, you will oversee and train Customer Service Representatives, ensuring that our ground operations are completed with safety as the top priority. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to maintain the station's on-time performance, employee morale, and customer satisfaction. Your exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in driving performance processes, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a safe and secure work environment. Key Responsibilities Effectively coordinate with all departments to maintain the station's on-time performance, employee morale, and customer satisfaction Answer and resolve customer inquiries, requests, or complaints in a professional and courteous manner Manage daily airport operations to create a safe, secure, and legally compliant customer-centric environment Meet or exceed performance objectives through effective decision-making and delegation of tasks to team members Collaborate with all departments to maintain the station's on-time performance and report any issues to leaders and employees in a timely manner Drive performance processes by analyzing operational situations that may impact the activity, monitoring and achieving results against key metrics, and holding team members accountable for results Work with staff to build offers that align with departmental hourly objectives Perform administrative duties on a daily basis, such as shift offers, closing offers, daily work tasks, daily finance, and attendance reports Ensure proper administration of work agreements or contracts, emphasizing minimal labor disputes May perform other work duties as directed by Supervisors Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and have relevant experience in customer service, leadership, or a related field. You should have knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidates will have experience in the aviation industry, knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and their applications, and familiarity with business and management principles associated with strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. You should also be skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. You should be able to apply common sense to specific problems to produce answers that make sense, recognize and address performance and safety concerns as soon as possible, and ensure all equipment is maintained and available for the operation. You should also be able to switch between at least two activities or sources of information (such as speech, sounds, touch, or other sources) and have the ability to ensure all gear is kept up with and accessible for the activity.
