Job Summary
As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supervising and delegating tasks to Team Members, ensuring the smooth operation of our Store Support Team. You will work closely with the Store Support Team Leader and Associate Team Leader(s) to provide guidance, training, and support to Team Members, while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment. Your expertise in customer service, team leadership, and retail operations will be essential in driving our team's success and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and delegate tasks to Team Members, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality customer service
Collaborate with the Team Trainer to train Team Members, utilizing learning checklists and training materials to build a high-performance team
Assist in training new Team Members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated store environment, adhering to arenaflex's Standard Operating Procedures
Resolve difficult customer situations, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate team concerns, attendance issues, and other relevant information to the Team Leader and Store Leadership
Foster a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale, promoting arenaflex's core values and goals
Direct Team Members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers, responding promptly to customer needs and questions
Provide timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations, supporting the growth and development of Team Members
Consistently communicate and model arenaflex's vision and goals, ensuring that all Team Members are aligned and working towards a common objective


Essential Qualifications

12+ months of retail experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performance teams
Extensive knowledge of Store Support team procedures and policies, with the ability to teach others in a positive and constructive manner
Advanced product knowledge, with the ability to maintain awareness of new products and services
Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
Proficient mathematical skills for assessing financial performance, monitoring profitability, and managing inventory
Demonstrated decision-making ability, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies


Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a proven track record of success in driving team performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Advanced knowledge of regulatory and safety policies and procedures, with the ability to ensure compliance and adherence to arenaflex's standards
Experience with performance management, including providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to Team Members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, Team Members, and stakeholders
