* Build standard operating procedures to help systematize our business, improving efficiency and reducing errors
* Cold call agents and landlords regarding property rental opportunities on a weekly basis, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our network
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or short-term rental industry
