Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a remote/hybrid capacity. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, resolving their challenges, and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, emails, and chats. Work collaboratively with customers and sales team members to resolve their challenges and meet their needs. Use a computer and multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer issues. Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their interactions with arenaflex. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred. At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once. Stable internet connection with the ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
