Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our patients and customers, answering inbound calls, and making outbound calls as needed. You will also be responsible for gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information, operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program, and working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
