About the Role: Specialist, Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service This exciting opportunity is part of the Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division at arenaflex. As a Specialist in Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling air travel, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Your expertise and passion for customer satisfaction will be the driving force behind our success in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience. Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets with precision and efficiency. Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner, demonstrating your excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights, and providing timely updates and solutions. Effectively communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer, ensuring that they are well-informed and satisfied with our services. Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our high standards of excellence. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training, demonstrating your foundation in customer service, sales, or a related area. Preferred Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications, with a focus on customer service and client relationship management. Essential Skills and Competencies: Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients. Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Ability to be resourceful and creative in immediate problem resolution, thinking critically and outside the box to resolve complex customer issues. Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
