Key Responsibilities As a Human Resources Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: Providing support in a range of HR functions, encompassing compensation and benefits programs, employee life cycle management, and the implementation of policies. Addressing employment-related inquiries with discretion and confidentiality. Ensuring compliance with employment regulations while reviewing HR policies and procedures. Assisting in onboarding processes, employee recognition initiatives, and management of employee leave policies. Serving as a backup for biweekly payroll processing, managing electronic payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
