**Job Description**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. This will include:
* Handling a variety of customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Analyzing payment history and notes to resolve customer issues
* Communicating statuses to customers in a clear and concise manner
* Working with leading technologies and systems to ensure seamless customer interactions
* Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success
