**Job Details**

We're looking for a seasoned Customer Service Representative/Order Processor with a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will have:

* 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
* Heavy credit memo experience, with a strong understanding of creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative/Order Processor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Managing credit memos, including creating, applying, and verifying them on purchase orders
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for process improvements
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, with a focus on continuous learning and professional growth

**Essential Qualifications**

* 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
* Proven experience creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
