Job Responsibilities:
Leverage cloud-native Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tooling to manage and respond to data loss events
Collaborate with security teams to design DLP implementations in line with the cybersecurity posture
Lead investigations into DLP incidents, analyzing data logs and network traffic
Regularly review and update DLP policies to keep pace with evolving threats and regulatory requirements
Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for personnel on data security best practices
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of IT Security experience, with at least 2 years supporting Federal or Defense RMF implementation
At least 4 years of hands-on compliance experience
Demonstrated mastery of DLP concepts, processes, and procedures
Secret clearance required
IAM Level II certification (e.g., CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO, HCISPP, Security+)
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Google Workspace / Cloud
Additional technical certifications such as CCNA, VCP, or MCSE
