Assist with Reservations and Ticketing : Assist customers with reservations, ticketing, flight information, and other inquiries, ensuring that their travel plans are seamless and stress-free. Resolve Customer Complaints : Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, using problem-solving skills to think quickly and creatively. Process Changes to Reservations : Process changes to reservations, including rebooking and cancellations, while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Support during Irregular Operations : Provide support during irregular operations, such as flight delays and cancellations, ensuring that customers receive the assistance they need. Collaborate with Other Departments : Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint. Essential Qualifications Excellent Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Customer Service Orientation : Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint.
