The Opportunity: We’re seeking a Senior/Staff Content Designer to craft clear, inclusive, and trustworthy product experiences across our client and provider products. You’ll work end-to-end: defining content strategy, shaping value propositions, building language systems, and writing the UI copy that powers critical workflows. The right candidate brings strong product instincts, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to translate complex mental and behavioral healthcare and insurance concepts into language that helps people move forward with confidence.
