**Responsibilities**
As a Ticket/Gate Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

* **Passenger Escort**: Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency is required.
* **Age and Authorization**: Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
* **Language Proficiency**: Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* **Basic Digital Literacy**: Possess basic digital literacy skills.
