About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our School Engagement team. This is a full-remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, and is available to candidates based in Texas, USA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in advancing blithequark's mission by providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and supporting our National School Engagement campaigns, including Kids Heart Challenge and American Heart Challenge. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and high-quality responses to internal and external stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, parents, and customers, while fostering strong relationships across various teams. Accurately manage and input customer data into CRM and Database systems, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. Display a strong understanding of School Engagement business processes, utilizing blithequark systems and other tools to support campaign success. Process donations in accordance with established requirements and standards, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Collaborate with mini teams to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines, providing accurate and timely information. Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, expense reports, and other tasks as needed. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a customer service mindset, with the ability to handle inquiries, escalate issues when necessary, and deliver timely resolutions. You should have effective interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop collaborative working relationships internally and externally. Strong oral and written communication skills are also essential, as well as high attention to detail for accurate data entry and order management across systems. Essential Qualifications Customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop collaborative working relationships internally and externally. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. High attention to detail, with the ability to accurately manage and input customer data into CRM and Database systems. Computer experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook) or similar products. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of CRM and Database systems, such as Dynamics and Luminate. Project management experience, with the ability to lead tasks and ensure effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Flexibility to adjust to changing processes and environments, with the ability to learn new tools and systems as needed. Compensation and Benefits The expected pay range for this role is $50,000 to $55,000, commensurate with experience.
