**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative / Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound sales interactions
* Effectively promoting and selling home refinancing and real estate services to meet and exceed sales goals
* Overcoming customer reluctance and objections to achieve successful sales outcomes
* Communicating effectively with customers through phone, email, and chat
* Navigating multiple computer systems to access customer information and sales tools
* Meeting and exceeding self-set sales goals and performance metrics
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
