About the Role
This hybrid position is based in our Lafayette, LA location, where you'll work 3-4 days a week, and remotely from home 1-2 days a week. As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer acquisition, sales, service, and retention, you'll be responsible for:
Handling customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
Accurately resolving issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
Clearly explaining bills and product features to customers
Troubleshooting basic problems and seeking higher support when needed
Building customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues efficiently
Supporting various customer inquiries, including technical issues
Working a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, which may include nights and weekends

The ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
A reliable and secure internet connection
A dedicated workspace that meets our Work-from-Home (WFH) standards
Compensation and Benefits
As a Premier Service Consultant, you'll earn a competitive salary between $17.11 - $18.31 hourly, with the opportunity to earn up to $3000/monthly in additional commission if you meet all sales goals. You'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
