Job Overview This hybrid position is based at our 2270 Lakeside Blvd, Richardson, TX 75082 location, where you will work in center 3-4 days weekly and remotely from home 1-2 days weekly. As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer acquisition and service, you will be frontline in providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to optimize their service experience, drive satisfaction and loyalty. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. Key Responsibilities Handle new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices Address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support Identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment that handles a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries as well as maintain customer records Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services Perform basic troubleshooting and/or engage Tier 3 support to resolve various customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks such as Internet, voice, and data services Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Call center or customer service experience Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours Occasional overtime may be required Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) for remote work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in sales or customer service in the telecommunications industry Knowledge of blithequark's products and services Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment Technical skills, such as proficiency in Microsoft Office or other software applications Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service skills and ability to provide personalized recommendations Ability to meet sales goals and drive revenue growth Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a weekly salary range of $600.00 - $696.50, plus up to $36,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met.
