Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative – Sales to join our team. This role will be instrumental in coordinating and executing sales tasks related to the mortgage and banking businesses, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales of our education products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales support, and a keen ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries via telephone, internet, or email in a friendly and professional manner, providing timely and accurate information. Utilize online support management systems and tools to track customer inquiries and ensure efficient resolution of issues. Coordinate and manage outbound communication to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of issues and meeting business needs while adhering to our protocols and plans. Participate in the onboarding and training of new team members as needed, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment. Employ tools and resources to efficiently and accurately solve problems and answer questions related to login credentials and the use of arenaflex’s multiple websites and applications. Contribute to achieving key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, abandoned call rates, number of calls answered, average speed of calls answered, and length of calls. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to team success. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma; a College Degree is preferred. At least 2+ years of related experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar field. The ability to work efficiently in a high-demand, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment. A technical background with knowledge of desktop support; experience with tablet and mobile device support is a plus. Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing timely and accurate information. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Preferred knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in the financial education and compliance sector. Familiarity with eLearning platforms and educational technology. Knowledge of mortgage and banking regulations and compliance requirements.
