Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery
Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Working through problem-solving scenarios to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently
Utilizing technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, as well as receive truck deliveries
Physical Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to:
Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, ensuring safe and efficient package handling
Go up and down stairs (where applicable), and be able to work in a variety of environments and conditions
Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
