Associate Territory Manager - Salt Lake City, Idaho, Montana

The Associate Territory Manager will support the launch and adoption of robotic surgical technology, work closely with surgeons and clinical teams, and contribute to account development and strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities Support system launch, adoption, and procedural success across assigned accounts Partner with Clinical Specialists during case coverage and ensure smooth handoffs from Capital and Launch teams Train and support surgeons, OR, and office staff on system setup, workflow, and procedural scheduling Track and document surgeon progression through the surgeon pathway, ensuring completion of required onboarding and competency milestones in accordance with Surgeon Pathway 2.0 Build early relationships with office staff and surgeons to understand the surgeon pathway and support procedural scheduling Assist Territory Managers in sales planning, account development, and goal achievement Support field demos, workshops, and marketing events to drive awareness and engagement Gather feedback from key stakeholders to support Marketing and R&D in product and program enhancements Manage CRM documentation, expense reports, and administrative tasks Upload cases logs for all cases covered in accordance with policy Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1-2 years in medical device sales environment or B2B background Demonstrated success in customer engagement and technical aptitude Ability to travel upwards to 75% (primarily domestic) Strong clinical communication and OR familiarity Proficient in OR training and procedural support Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong administrative discipline (CRM, expenses) Effective team player with high adaptability and learning agility Benefits Full medical coverage Wellness programs On-site gym A 401(k) plan with employer match Short-term and long-term disability coverage Basic life insurance Wellbeing benefits Flexible or paid time off Paid parental leave Paid holidays Company Overview PROCEPT BioRobotics is a surgical robotics company that develops water-based robotic systems for prostate surgery.
