Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide effective solutions. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Call center experience, preferably in a health insurance or medical-related field. Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance concepts, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a customer-facing role.
