* Handling 30-45 customer calls per day, assisting with inquiries ranging from order tracking to resolving package errors.
* Utilizing Live Chat for real-time problem solving, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution for the customer.
* Escalating complex issues to the Supervisor when necessary, acting as the initial point of contact for our company.
* Maintaining professionalism and efficiency in all customer interactions, embodying the company's commitment to exceptional service.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage customers positively over the phone and in writing.
