Key Responsibilities
Answer calls and emails from customers, providing excellent customer service and support
Assist customers with placing orders, checking on existing orders, and troubleshooting issues
Navigate our websites and internal systems to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
Work with customers to find the right solutions for their yards and gardens, spreading the power of Meadowscaping and driving financial success for the company
Participate in call and email quality reviews to continuously improve customer service skills
Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A passion for gardening and customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate internal systems and websites
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience preferred
