This is a part-time remote customer role that involves managing communications at various stages to ensure timely and professional responses, proactive follow-up, and efficient issue resolution, thereby providing an exceptional customer experience to the residents of the buildings we manage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, building sustainable relationships, and driving business growth through your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities Gain a deep understanding of the real estate and property management industry to assist with inbound and outbound inquiries, ensuring that you have a solid grasp of our services and can effectively communicate with our customers. Manage inbound and outbound communications at various stages to ensure timely and professional responses, proactive follow-up, and issue resolution, providing an exceptional customer experience to our residents. Provide amazing customer experience and delight our customers through best-in-class issue resolution and relationship building, exceeding their expectations and building a loyal customer base. Establish and maintain good rapport by using positive language and anticipating the needs of our Daisy Community members, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all. Build sustainable relationships and engage Daisy Community members by “going the extra mile” and demonstrating a genuine interest in their needs and concerns. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics and identify opportunities to elevate the overall customer experience process through scalable solutions, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our communication processes. Work cross-functionally with departments such as Advisory, Compliance, and Operations to ensure that customers are getting what they need promptly, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Coordinate the scheduling of appointments , including vendors, as necessary, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner. Assist Account Management team in building and maintaining relationships, providing valuable insights and support to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, can maintain composure and stay focused under pressure , with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Great at problem-solving with a keen eye for details , with a strong ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. Impeccably organized and able to improve processes , with a strong ability to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Stellar written and verbal communication skills , with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities , with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Excellent at time management and prioritizing tasks , with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Experienced with juggling multiple communication channels (inbound calls, chats, and emails), with a strong ability to manage multiple communication streams and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with Zendesk, Google Suite, or related tools , as well as the ability to learn new systems and platforms, demonstrating your technical skills and adaptability.
