Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients have a positive experience while resolving their account issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the primary point of contact for our patients, and your goal will be to provide compassionate and respectful service while protecting their privacy. You will work closely with our patients to understand their concerns, address their questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities Ensure that patients have a positive experience while resolving their account issues in a timely and efficient manner Be available to assist customers by closely adhering to set schedules and handle time standards Treat customers with compassion and respect, while protecting their privacy Provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding their accounts and resolve any issues or concerns they may have Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve patient account issues and improve the overall patient experience Meet or exceed performance standards and financial targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in customer service. While an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, it is not required. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. Salary Range The salary range for this position varies by location, but the base pay range is as follows: Washington (Puget Sound): $19.80 - $30.24 per hour Oregon (Portland): $18.46 - $28.19 per hour Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla): $17.62 - $26.91 per hour Montana: $15.94 - $24.35 per hour Texas and New Mexico: $15.10 - $23.07 per hour Why Join Providence?
