About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Wayfair, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about people, has excellent communication skills, and can think on their feet.

Key Responsibilities


Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems.
Handle a high volume of customer contacts (50-60 per shift) in a fast-paced environment.
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, while also achieving client support efficiency metrics.
Listen actively to customers, empathize with their concerns, and provide personalized solutions.
De-escalate customer complaints and concerns, using conflict resolution skills to resolve issues.
Issue-solve and troubleshoot customer problems, using internal resources and tools to find the best solutions.
Multitask and navigate multiple programs, tabs, and screens to quickly and effectively respond to customer inquiries.
Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to leadership on trends and patterns.


Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and comprehension).
Basic knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge:


Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
Knowledge of customer service software and technology.
Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
Bilingual or multilingual skills (additional languages).
