You'll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and faxes, providing exceptional service and support to our customers. Your expertise in problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution will be essential in resolving customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries and concerns related to contract provider payments, claim status, and housing and billing issues * Research and resolve payment issues, identifying solutions and communicating with customers in a professional and patient manner * Enter new enrollees, update participant demographics, and perform other administrative tasks as needed * Send and receive correspondence, and perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer information * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's policies, procedures, and systems to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries **Essential Qualifications** * 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting, with a focus on high-volume inbound and outbound calls * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of productivity * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with computerized spreadsheet applications * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Health Care, Customer Service, Business, Accounting, or a related field * Experience with managed care payment systems, Epic, QuickBooks Pro software, or other business accounting software * Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with computerized spreadsheet applications * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and understanding **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your growth and development as a professional.
