About the Position
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing product and ordering support to our customers. Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and text, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues
Enter customer orders from Shopify into our purchasing system accurately and efficiently
Provide product and ordering support to customers, facilitating orders and returns, and resolving customer issues according to our standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Manage complaints, provide timely solutions, and follow up to complete resolution, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome
Resolve challenging customer issues with empathy and attention to detail, using good judgment when escalating issues to other teams or management
Interact with back-end teams to coordinate ordering, shipping, ETAs, and returns, developing and maintaining positive relationships with others to ensure success for our company and our customers
Advocate for changes that improve the customer experience, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions
Complete assigned projects and training as needed, staying up-to-date with our products, services, and processes
Handle additional responsibilities to help operations run smoothly, being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring that our high standards of customer service are consistently met
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
2+ years of proven customer support experience, with a track record of transforming angry customers into dedicated clients
A highly motivated and energetic approach, with a solution-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Outstanding written and oral communications skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
A team-focused, cooperative, and friendly attitude, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and mutual support
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Analytical and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and a ability to analyze complex issues
Proficient in MS Office, with experience using a range of software applications and tools

Campervan experience, with a passion for van life and the outdoors
Experience working in an e-commerce call center, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
Experience working with remote systems and practices, with a ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Experience with electrical, plumbing, window installations, woodworking, and other RV or home repairs and remodeling
Shopify, Office365, Google Business Suite, and Zoom experience, with a strong understanding of software applications and tools
A degree in business, supply chain, writing, communications, or a related field, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices
