What You'll Be Doing As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens our customers' days. You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers, providing them with quick answers, consulting on products with compassion, and resolving their issues with a smile. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations and leave a lasting impression. A Typical Day in the Life Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat Conduct research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries Consult with customers on products and services, providing personalized recommendations and solutions Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction What You Bring to the Role To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Specifically, we're looking for: 6 months or more of customer service experience High school diploma or equivalent Recognized product or service knowledge, with the ability to apply and explain it to customers Computer experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications High-speed internet connection (>15 mbps) and a dedicated workspace for remote work What You Can Expect from blithequark At blithequark, we're committed to supporting your career and professional development.
