Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls from healthcare members and providers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Simultaneously answer member and provider inquiries and type information into our computer system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Maintain web camera visibility during working hours, as required Provide timely and effective solutions to customer concerns, following established procedures and guidelines Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries Training and SchedulingOur comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role.Training will take place from 8:30am-5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, for 4-5 weeks. After completing training, you will be assigned a production schedule that ranges between 8am and 8pm EST. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs and ensure a healthy work-life balance. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $14 per hour, plus an additional $1 per hour for attendance and performance bonus incentives.
