Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound calls from healthcare members and providers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Simultaneously answer calls and type information into our computer system, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry. Utilize web camera visibility to communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent service. Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and objectives. Adhere to established procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Basic knowledge of personal computers and software applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare or insurance setting. Experience with healthcare operations and terminology. Minimum typing speed of 30-35 words per minute. Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment. Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows.
