Job Overview As a Customer Care Team Lead at arenaflex, you will be responsible for setting the vision and culture of your team, driving performance, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within your team. You will lead by example, mentoring and developing your team members to achieve their full potential, and driving engagement activities to promote a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of customer care associates, overseeing their performance management, coordination, and evaluation. Develop and achieve performance goals and objectives that align with arenaflex's network-wide vision and goals. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with arenaflex's policies and procedures, including interviewing, training, planning, assigning work, reviewing employee performance, and conflict resolution. Mentor new managers and employees with high growth potential, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles. Communicate policies to associates, serving as the primary information source for staff and ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with arenaflex's goals and objectives. Lead engagement activities across your site, promoting a culture of ownership, engagement, and continuous improvement. Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and metrics surrounding quality, customer experience, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators (KPIs), troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to ensure compliance. Assume Direct Report job responsibilities as needed to meet performance goals and ensure SLAs are met, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to delivering results. Identify customer issues, develop, and implement solutions, including process improvements, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Drive process improvement and continuous improvement culture through 'kaizen' and lean projects, identifying and eliminating barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with arenaflex's values and mission. The basic qualifications for this role include: A Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of experience in a related field. Availability to work varying shifts dependent on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite. Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 for positions based in New York State, Washington State, and other jurisdictions as required by, and subject to, applicable law. Preferred qualifications include: A positive work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, adherence to company policies, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Passionate problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Demonstrated experience managing Sales/Customer Service teams, preferably in a contact center environment, with a strong preference for those who have managed other people managers. Powerful communication skills across all mediums and excellent attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. An enthusiastic leadership style that motivates and drives others to achieve their best. Experience with Slack and other collaboration tools.
