Provide information on flight schedules, policies, and procedures, ensuring that customers are well-informed and satisfied. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as previous customer service experience.
