We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, working a 12-9PM EST shift. About the Role The Customer Service Representative role is a critical front-line position that connects blithequark to our athletes. As a Customer Service Teammate, you'll be responsible for assisting athletes with various aspects of their experiences with our brand, ensuring they receive the high-level support they need during their purchase journey. You'll work closely with individual stores and internal business partners to provide support and resolve athlete issues, driving first-call resolution and athlete satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist athletes with product inquiries, gift card and ScoreCard issues, placing orders, existing order status, and returns and/or replacements. Deliver first-call resolution with white-glove service by owning athlete issues to the point of resolution, demonstrating empathy and keeping athletes updated throughout the process. Handle escalated call transfers at a Tier II level support, researching, troubleshooting, and resolving athlete issues, and escalating issues that require deeper assessment or resolution. Work with individual stores and internal business partners to provide support and reach resolution related to athlete issues. Execute various back-office functions associated with customer inbound inquiries, including accurate logging and tracking of all incident information. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma or Equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related experience (retail-oriented experience is preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and client consultation skills. The ability to work effectively in a team environment. Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset. Strong detail orientation and problem-solving capabilities. The ability to type 25 words per minute. Availability to work weekend days and holidays.
