As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service, meeting the quality and standards provided in our comprehensive training program. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 100% remote basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with retired members or family members to discuss retiree benefits, providing exceptional customer service support. You will be responsible for managing inbound calls, researching participant accounts, addressing basic questions or issues, and providing accurate and efficient responses.
