**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient interactions and experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Handling telephones, patient appointment scheduling, patient check-in, insurance verification, authorization, pre-certifications, referrals, and posting charges
* Preparing well-coded and accurate billing and maintaining medical records
* Managing business services for workers' compensation, commercial carriers, employee health, and corporate accounts
* Collaborating with the Manager/Supervisor to ensure efficient and effective department operations
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Educational Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
* **Experience Requirements:**
+ Less than 1 Year of experience in Clerical/Administrative roles (Required)
+ Prior experience in Insurance or Customer Service (Preferred)
* **Additional Requirements:**
+ 1-2 years of prior experience required for Lee Health Solutions
+ State of Florida Licensure Requirements: Not Required
+ Certifications/Registration Requirements: Basic Life Support (BLS) may be required at some locations within 90 days of hire
