Key Responsibilities Ensure process efficiency by working with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications Own the patient experience by resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment information Escalate complex claims to the Sr. Billing & Reimbursement Specialists for appropriate action Provide exceptional customer service and support to our patients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Why Join blithequark?
