**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
* **Processing Orders**: Accurately process customer orders, changes, and returns in a timely and efficient manner.
* **Providing Information**: Offer timely and accurate information to customers about order status and product details.
* **Collaborating with Teams**: Work closely with Operations Support, Transportation, and Sales Teams to address customer needs and concerns.
* **Identifying Opportunities**: Identify opportunities to improve customer service and drive business growth.
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Advanced MS Office Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
* **Ten Key by Touch**: Ability to accurately enter data using the ten-key system.
* **Flexible Schedule**: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
* **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience providing customer service via phone, email, and internal chat-based programs.
* **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task while recording accurate information.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, previous experience working with AS400 and knowledge of the produce industry and varieties of produce are highly desirable.
