Supply Chain Planning Analyst

Job Summary This role is responsible for demand planning/forecasting, procurement, and inventory management for a defined global product portfolio with a key focus on the Waxing the City brand. The position ensures continuity of supply to meet customer needs while optimizing working capital performance and supporting overall supply chain efficiency. Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions) Develop and manage supply, demand, and inventory plans using historical data, sales trends, and lead-times. Participate in periodic planning (S&OP) meetings with product line managers and brand partners to align demand forecasts with supply capabilities. Deliver forecasts to suppliers to meet contractual obligations and drive on-time performance. Support new product launches and strategic changes in partnership with Product Line Managers. Manage inventory levels and performance to targets (DOS, Turns, Sell-through). Create and manage purchase orders, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure timely transportation and in-stock performance. Monitor 3PL partners to ensure adherence to receiving and inventory control SLAs. Use ERP systems and Power BI to aggregate data and create reporting dashboards. Strengths and Background Knowledge Requirements Strong understanding of demand, supply, and inventory planning principles Working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution Problem Solving Strong problem-solving capability with the ability to think strategically and execute with an operational mindset Customer Focus Internal stakeholders, franchisees, and supplier-facing Interpersonal Skills Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to work in a team-oriented environment Education/Experience (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Finance, or related field 1–3 years of experience in inventory planning, forecasting, procurement, merchandising, or related analytical roles Knowledge and/or experience in the beauty or wellness category What’s in it for you?
