Whether you're a Powersports pro or have never been on a bike before, we'll provide you with all the tools you need to join us and become a fully-fledged arenaflex team member. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Advising and assisting customers by phone and email in resolving order processing issues, such as cancellations, modifications, shipping/billing inquiries, and post-order issues. * Performing with substantial autonomy, taking initiative, and independently assessing cases to the best of your abilities. * Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and precision, with an attention to detail. * Learning the roles and parts of all our different departments at arenaflex, and utilizing that knowledge to best help our customers. **What We're Looking For** * Minimum of one year experience working in an e-commerce or customer service environment (if you feel you have the skills necessary, but have yet to begin your professional career, go ahead and submit your application!). * Bilingualism: English & French with excellent communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency. * Solid computer skills/experience. Excellent at online research. * No Powersports knowledge is required – we'll provide the foundation of your moto-fu that you'll continue to build and share! * Strong drive for progression: We want you to succeed. We'll provide you with access to online learning modules, both for arenaflex systems and others, that'll allow you to grow professionally. * Must be locally based in Montreal, QC, and able to commute to our offices when required. **How You Benefit** * We're located within a 5-minute walk from Du College metro (orange line).
