As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling the receipt of new cases, ensuring proper system drafting and setup, and facilitating the case assignment/scheduling process. You will work closely with clients to ensure that their needs are met, and that our services are delivered to the highest standard. **Available Shifts** We offer a range of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences. Our available shifts are: * 9:30 am - 6:00 pm EST * 10:00 am - 6:30 pm EST * Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 am - 6:30 pm EST **Major Duties & Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Handling the receipt of new cases, including reviewing and verifying information and requests * Drafting cases by entering information into our system, AccessDS * Working with clients to resolve any issues or concerns * Assigning and scheduling new cases to physicians for review * Ensuring that the assigned physician has no conflict of interest with the case assignment * Monitoring, processing, and tracking cases to ensure that deadlines are met * Providing regular updates to clients on the status of their cases * Communicating with clients to resolve any questions or concerns they may have * Ensuring that proper documentation is provided to clients for specified cases **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * An Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience * Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred * Exceptional communication skills, with a clear understanding of company business lines * The ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently, and meet specific deadlines * Computer literacy and typing skills are essential * The ability to work independently and as part of a team **Working Conditions/Physical Demands** This role requires: * Long periods of sitting and computer work * Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above * Supply and support your own internet services * Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of all work from home positions **Benefits** As a member of our team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and peace of mind.
